Introduction

In this part of the blog I will talk about the different types of fireworks. Items category I and category II are for people under 18 years. Items category III are for over 18 years.Items category III are more dangerous so it is restricted only to adults. And the items category IV are only for Fireworks Shows.

In Puerto Rico  the use of fireworks is regulated since 1963. The Act has been amended Pyrotechnics increasingly seeking to reduce illegal business of homemade explosives and protect citizens particularly young people of the consequences of its use inappropriate.

  Why fireworks are colored?
  This second article talks about how the different colors of fireworks are manufactured.  The black powder and potassium perchlorate that make firework explodes  is added strontium salts for a glow red. Bright white silver are achieved by incorporating magnesium. Blue is usually obtained by adding copper carbonate or copper monochloride.  Sodium is used to color yellow.
