Introduction:

The fireworks are beautiful in the sky and they looks awseome in the sky when is happy new year or special occasions. When the new years comes is when more you tend to see this kind of fireworks. They are dangerous and can cause damage. There are laws that do not allow them to be used because they are very dangerous despite how pretty you see it in the sky. Chinese lamps are fireworks that can be used in Puerto Rico, but these can cause brns or delays in flights.

Regulations in Puerto Rico:


The law eighty three of the criminal code of Puerto Rico talks about Pyrotechnics, they are prohibited. Said that any person may possess, use, or sell or have for sale, deliver, deliver to any person. This or any substance that is used alone or mixed chemicals or another thing that is flammable, can produce a sudden generate  gases capable of producing sound or fire or both are ilegal.

News about Fireworks in Puerto Rico

This news is about  on law that the goverment of Puerto Rico want to amend because says that you can you can make use of Chinese lamps. On December 31 there were flights at the airport Luis Munoz Marin delays because in the sky were more than 50 thousand lamps. That day even stated that occurred many situations that had relationship with these lamps. The chief of the fire department not rule that looks pretty in the sky, but they cause damage. Since then they took the initiative to discuss this situation and see if it could be modified to avoid situation upcoming occasions like this.

This new talks about the law that talks about the pyrotechny also this article discusses the previous news. The news was created days afters that occurred the previous news but with new information that said in what part of the law  eighty-three of pyrotechnys will be include that the Chinese lamps the people can not used it. This is because the law does not prohibit these lamps because they do not have any chemicals but can makes other thing very dangerous.
